| i see this on all pre-fab buggy frames, and pretty bad on some custom sand cars. i want the extra lift, but how badly does this screw with the handling for the street? im pretty sure this is why lowered cars use shims on their front ends. |

| You want the beam to tilt back some. Thats what gives it caster. If it is straight up and down, it will drive like crap on the street, real darty. Caster shims kick the bottom of the beam back out to give it the tilt. Lowering a car takes most of this away, thats why they install the shims. |
