Anyone know where i can get a bolt on front disc brake kit for a late type one (balljoint)? Meaning the kind with the brackets so the spindles dont have to be removed. Thanks

If i am not mistaken you may have to change the spindle no matter what because the stock drum spindle wont accpet the rotor.

The only sell the ones you have to replace the spindles. I rememeber about a year ago I saw a balljoint disk brake kit on a website with a bracket that allowed the changeover without changeing the stock spidles. I dont remember what the web site was.

You might want to check your facts again......none of those kits require a spindle change. I have the SoCal Wide 5 kit and no spindle change is necessary.

4 lug, you didnt mention that at first. Your only hope might be the bracket that Things Unlimited sells to adapt 4 lug disc brakes onto a Thing spindle. Im not sure the bracket will work with a Bug spindle, but it might. Give Mike a call and find out.
