Hey Folks;
The 84 Cabby I bought several weeks ago gets terrible mileage. I believe I should be getting close to 30 mpg, but am only getting about 20 (it's a 1.8 with the 5-speed manual). Keep in mind that I am driving the car - not one of my teenage sons. :wink:
What might I do to improve the situation?
The car runs good - it is not missing. The spark plugs and wires have been replaced, as well as the injector lines.
Is there an O2 sensor on this particular year and model? I can't find one.
Let me know what you think. Thanks!!

This may sound kind of lame, but properly inflated tires also imoproves gas mileage.
