:o I wrecked a Vanagon and a Fox wagen (towing) in Texas a bit ago. :roll: Found a really nice Fox wagen in Berekely, CAL. It has a bad trans. Which is not big deal. It CLUNKS really bad then you try and drive it. Final drive is probably broke.
Question and Opinions: 5 Speed from a later model Fox. Or Audi 4000 or Quantam. Opinions?

I'd go with 5 spd. from a later Fox sedan, with the Quantom you may run into problems matching up the engine/trans.
My daughter toasted the rear qtr. on her Fox wagon last month, I just bought wagons, a '90 w/a good body & a '89 parts rig- 300$ for the pair !! |
