G'Day! Does anybody know what is the maximum one can narrow a link-pin beam on a Ghia (running stock drums and four and a half inch stock rims) without touching or modifying the inner fenders etc?
Thanks,

| Well buddy, aren't the ghia front beams the same as beetle front beams? If so, i heard you can narrow the beam up to 5 in. Anything after that and you will have some bad @ss bumpsteer. I can't confirm that, that's just what i heard, and thats for the beetle; I'm not sure if it goes for the ghia thoguh, i don't know. |

I'm having my beam (Linkpin) narrowed 4 inches, anyone know whether I will have to do surgery in the inner fenderwells?
Thanks,
