hi buddy's
I own I late 60 DC ( type 265 ) but I dont find any match too my M-code...?? does someone know that's 008 and 204 ..? I've been looking around a few sites but, no match at all....?

| hello. i'm looking at david eccles' book vw transporter and microbus and on page 16 the m code example is similar to your "204" but it would depend on how those numbers are separated. so your production date may be the 20th of april (?). the oo8 i'm still looking for. good luck... |

hi, yes your right, it's a 61 model and on the M- code plate is exactly written:
top left: 23 - 05 - 1
near bottom left: - 008 - 204
bottom left: NO - 265 - ROT - frame number- ( bottom right corner)
that's all what I've got, the bus is original from Norway, never modifed, I did not find any special thing's inside, all was original, the only two think's what could be eventually be "options" , the bus rear cabine as 2 pop out windows and a BN2/BN4 heater under the rear seat.. but that doesn't macht with M-code for eberpatcher heater..
