Does running 195/60/14 tires effect how fast i can go in my bus?

your speed is relative to the tire size and the rpms and the gearing.

generally speaking, bigger tires allow you to go faster and smaller tires allow you to go slower.

About 10% higher rpm's to drive the same speed with stock diameter tires.

That's pretty signifigant.

it will deffinatly make a big difference. say for example you have a 4.12 ring and pinion with a .82 4th gear. if you have 26 inch tires and 3000 rpm you will be going 69 mph but if you go to a 22 inch tire again at 3000 rpm you will now be going 58 mph. (these are not adjusted for reduction boxes, this would be for a bus with a straight axle kit)
