| Frank and I saw it out in Phoenix last year when the Copperstate got cancelled. Everett and Jen had to carry a rag to wipe off the drool from us as we examined it. |

| Just a reminder to all who will be at the Classic this weekend. If you are interested in the 1500club come by and say hi. I'll be near my '63 Gulf Blue notch most of the day. Also a quick thanks to the club members for all the help and parts to get my car back to OG plus some. Per, from Sweden, sent me a pair of the Swedish rear gravel guards and the correct hounts for teh front license plate. Notchboy provided the washer bottle strap and rear armrests(arriving soon!) . Pedro got me some nicer headlight rings. Thank You All :D :D :D |

well if you guys ever decide to waive that silly rule about 'stock height' let me know
frank - did you finally sell black betty and get a 'real' 62?
jacin - are you settled in san antone? just a couple of hours away, once I get back I'll have to drive down and meet one of the founders and see what 'goodies' you're willing to part with  |

my '1500' isn't a 1493. in addition to all the other non-stock parts, highback seats (my neck may thank me later if i'm ever rear ended) 4 lug discs and rims, lowering, et cetera.
thanks for the badge, crofty. :D i wouldn't feel right running a '1500' badge on a 1776. it's false advertising. |

those sound like a few technicalities... especially for a club that is promoting stock '61 - '65 type 3's that haven't been modified. i believe you could get away with the 1776 if it was made to look stock. |
