i recently received my rebuilt 34pict3 for my beetle. car now runs 100%. keith was both courteous and patient, and answered all my dumb questions and was a mountain of information. i couldn't recommend him any higher!

Just an update from me:

The carb Keith re-built for me is still going strong, no leaks, worries, nothing 0 problems. Keith, your the man, and thanks for keeping the my car going. All I can say is Brosol what? EMPI carb what? Nothing beats Keiths rebuilds.

Keith helped me once again with my poor bug, and after following a few tips and a trick he told me to do, its like a night and day difference with the way this things runs.

Even as busy as he is, he still is very courteous and helpful, and answered my questions COMPLETELY. Even provided more info than what I needed but it will be helpful later on :) .

As always, thanks for the help and don't kill yourself working too hard. Hopefully this labor day you'll get some time to chill out, and Ill try my best not to bug you :lol:

I bought a 34PICT 3 from Keifernet he set it up to run with my 009
and it runs great!!!
And Keith thanks for all the advice getting my bug going.

Excellent deal on a 28 PICT 1 carb. Fired right up with NO adjustments... just had to turn down the idle a little after she warmed up.

Keith's carbs are excellent quality and keith himself is a VERY helpful guy. Will definitely do business with him in the future.

Thanks to everyone who has placed orders for carbs and or parts...

The area I am in just took the big hit from Hurricane Ike. I am in better shape than most folks as far as the minimal damage sustained to my property.

IF you have ordered from me recently I am obviously going to be running a bit behind the original time line....but rest assured, any cores you sent in are still high and dry and and I will be finishing up what I had to put on hold last week when I evacuated.( as soon as power to my shop is restored and I can get them done)

I do have power at my home and internet again so if you were considering ordering from me please contact me via PM or email.

If you did and I have not gotten back to you try again please.

I will need all the new orders I can get to make up for lost time and expense of evacuating for days etc.

Keith saw my post about having broken my big cap dizzy trying to get it out of my 40 horse. He offered a good core to me with a good case for the cost of shipping. I had it within a week and swapped all my internals into the new dizzy case.

A great guy that really helped me out in a pinch.

I did an engine swap on my '71 Bus, but forgot about the special intake manifold necessary for the vacuum brakes to work. Well Keith actually had one in excellent condition and sold it to me at about 1/2 price. I was sure happy. This was about three days before Ike hit, and I was sure I had lost the manifold and maybe even Keith.

Keith kept me informed of his status, and when the waters all receded, he was able to ship the unit to me with 'nar a blemish.

With all the accolades here, I'm sure that Ike wouldn't be a problem for him, as he does walk on water (at least in my book).

I bought a rebuild H30/31 solex carb from keith. He got it shippd out quickly and it was well packaged when it arrived. The carb also looked great. If I ever need any carb work in the future i'll go to you keith.

Keith is a rare one indeed. Responded to a problem I had regarding a missing part on my pict 34-4. Asked me to pm him and I did. He said he had the part, just a brass screw plug. He sent me the part and didn't ask for any compensation. Hard to find that kind of service now days.....
I did compensate him regardless.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEITH IF YOU NEED A CARB, DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY CARB, MY BUS RUNS FANTASTIC. KEITH IS REALLY HONEST AND KNOWLEDGABLE . I WOULD LOOK NO FURTHER THAN HIM FOR ANY OF MY VW CARB NEEDS..

I got the rebuilt carb yesterday and it looked great. I dropped her in today and my baby never sounded so good. It was set up perfect and Keith was a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the help and I will certainly get all of my carb work through Keith from now on.
