Last year Keith restored a 30 pict-1 carb for our 1966 bug after a year of 'leaking fuel after shutdown' problems. When the carb. arrived and I bolted it on the bug drove (and still drives) like new !

Everything went smooth and Keith kept me updated everytime.
Because of this I asked Keith this year to make me a spare carb. (30 Pict-1) and a spare distributor (205K) so I can keep the engine original if something should happen.
Keith and I agreed not to hurry because I already have an excellent Carb.
Yesterday I received a package from the USA and look what an amazing job Keith did again:

They both are brand new and exactly as promised by Keith.
Keith even included an original fuel pump block (hard to find here)
and a matching pushrod.
Keith, thanks again for all your help and workmanship. I hope many
other VW drivers are able to find you if they need help on their VW parts.
All the best from the Netherlands again. Jan. |

I talked to him a few months back. But I think he is moving or selling his house to make the move.
Just give him a call. |

I spoke to him on the phone Friday afternoon and he's still around.
I'm going to send a 28PICT-1 to him for rebush/rebuild and 2 30PICT's (a 1&3) for cores sometime this week. |

I got an email two weeks ago. My carb & distributor should be done any day.
It's easier and quicker for both of you to call him though. His number is in his ads. |

| Keith fixed me up with a H30/31 for my 70 Beetle. Ran like a top just bolting it on. He even offered some extra jets for me to experiment with. First class guy. |

We had Keith rebuild a carburetor for a customers car and were very satisfied with the results.
Unfortunately the latest transaction has not turned out the same. We sent Keith
five carburetors to have rebuilt, two we needed back for pending customer cars He informed us that they were finished, requested payment which we promptly paid two months ago.
It has been 3 months and we have yet to receive anything. Keith has been apologetic but that does nothing for the cars in the shop that are waiting for a carburetor.
As it is now I am out $265 and 5 carburetors. |

| I hate that this is my first time posting here, but I too am trying to get in touch with Keith. He has been rebuilding my engine for a few months, but I have not heard from him since Jan 13. I do hope that all is well with he and his family. I can't afford to start over on a new engine though. |

you may want to try calling him directly - when I was having problems getting my Solex's back, that was the only reliable way to reach him... |

| Thanks. Tried a few times. No luck so far. Up until the end of December he was very communicative about the process, but once he received the rebuilt heads from Brothers and the new cam shaft, things got quiet. I did receive images of the new shiny items and an update on Jan 13, but that was the last one. |

| I have decided to edit this post. Keith and I spoke for a while today and all is well. I have to say that Keith sounds like a great guy and has been extremely helpful from the onset. My initial concern in posting here was to make sure he was OK since he regularly spoke to me and visited the forum. When the communication faltered for a few weeks I got concerned both for him and my engine. He reassured me that everything will be shipped in the first few weeks of March. Besides the communication gap for a few weeks, I can say that Keith's services are well worth the time and I recommend him. |

| No reason to do so. I was getting a bit worried and overreacted a touch (I've been working on the bus for nearly a year now and we have a second kid coming in less than two weeks). I edited my previous post to reflect this. All is well on the project so far and Keith has been as helpful as ever. |
