Got in the car this evening to picj up my wifes son from day care (intro.) Get on it outta the parking lot to spin the tires since its wet (ha-ha-ha  -bout the only time) and the car would die at idle Got under the hood and messsed around with a few screws to idle up the car but didnt seem to help really, plus I had to go inside to make dinner so I couldnt really mess with it for long. Anyone have any suggestions? I will try to post a pic so bear with me.

Oh, and also, the windsheild wipers stuck in the upwards position and have seemed to have quit working??? AHHHHHHHHH :2gunfire:

What year? If it has FI you should only be turning one screw to adjust the idle: the big air mixture screw that's just under the airflow control box. You're not supposed to turn the accelerator cable stop screw.

The easiest way to post a photo is to upload it to thesamba gallery and note it as used for the forums. Then you can point to it easily.

Here's a good site for 31 & 34 Pict carb adjustments

Well, not too much help but after gettin my head under the lid, I managed to figure out the problem. The screw I was pointing at wasnt the problem (for starters). It was the spring behind the nut right next to the screw. It need a good cleaning. Car idles great and everything is hunky dory.....did I just say that? 8-[
