i have a 74 super beetle and i have looked under the firing order for the id
if the firing order is 1432 and i can not locate anything where is this # located at please help |

| The firing order is on the generator/alternator stand. The engine number should be dirrectly below that on the case. It will be facing the same way as the firing order. You may need to clean the case off. |

| It is there unless you have a replacement case. Typically they are not marked. |
