Hi All,
I've got two new DP heads on order (from CBPerformance) along with new pushrod tubes and seals. I'm hoping to be able to receive these and get to work over the holiday weekend ... I really miss driving my car!!
What else will I need, do you think, in the way of supplies for swapping out the two heads and the PR tubes? Anything else I should have on hand prior to next weekend?
Thanks!
Larry (and Herman)

Ahhh, wiseguy, huh?? :D
I've still got about 20 of my original stash of cork/rubber GOOD valve cover gaskets, the pushrod tube seals are coming with the order, and the manifold gaskets for the intakes don't get sealant so I assuming the old ones are re-usable?
Motor is fine ... heads are not (at least the valves).
Thanks! |
