CE's frames are aluminum @ 45GBP ($83), WG is steel @ $50. WW just lists used ones for $60 right now. Used ones are usually $25 and up depending on condition, $50 for good ones is fair. CE might be a good deal for you - shipping across the pond is never cheap!

Wolfsburg West does have new steel popout frames.

I just picked up 6 of them for a little under $300 bucks. They look great, I am in the process of prepping for paint.

Sure as hell beats drilling out rusty frozen popout window screws on og ones.

Just put a tiny screwdriver in , give it a turn and they are apart.

I too just bought 6 from WW along with all the rubbers. After searching the swaps, eBay, junkyards I finally gave in to getting repros I havent put them together, prolly start next weekend and see how it goes. I think I paid around 400+ thats frames and all rubbers. Included in that price I also bought all the screws needed but I got those off of the classifieds here on Samba http://thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=79196
