Anyone know where I can get a headlight repair panel that goes all the way down the front of the car next to the nose? I have a picture of one here:

Center of the page, there is a group of repair panels, the one I speak of is leaning up against the ladder.

I've been looking at several sites, KGPR, mtmfg, bfyo, rocky mountain, etc. and haven't seen this type, just the small ring type that fits about an inch or so over the original area. I'd like to get a match for the driver's side.

P.S.- Anyone know a good VW body/welding place north of San Francisco?

No one makes that part you are taking about. If you find one, it will be an NOS replacement panel, or something from a donor car.

Neuffer in europe sells them.

$355 plus shipping, but they are nos.

That kind of money would buy a pretty big chunk of donor car, and even with these you'll need to weld up the alter turnsignal hole.

Wow, thanks, maybe I should just sell the one I have and buy some more parts with that money.... I need to replace the bottom right and left sections of the front fenders well below the lamps though, or maybe get a whole lower front section....
