Funfest in Effingham, Ill, for Beetles June 12 and 13 - who is going?

I'll be there....looks like it should be a good time. i guess last year there were 'bout 850 cars there. Not too many show with those numbers in this neck o' tha woods(midwest)

More than likely....later Friday night, around 8-9....gonna take advantage of the "free camping" on the show grounds. Look for me in a green late model Dodge Ram ext. cab with my orange 63 rag. "in tow". Not that its a "Trailer Queen" or anything cause i drive the shit out of it , just like to be sure to get there without any hassles or extra cleaning! When you headin' out? Hey you probably are'nt aware of it but I'm sort of a member of your club.I payed at the show you guys had last spring, just with me having and runnin my shop...theres not really enough time to do anything for myself! no what I mean? :lol:

We are heading out Friday afternoon we are staying at lakewood camp grounds.
our plan is to roll into the show about 9am if you wana try and hook up let us know, we will have about 7cars

it's about 3 miles from the show.when you get off 70 turn right like you're heading to the show,first light turn left and it's at the end of the street.
