Better to go with the DCC single stadge and prob. will be about $300 bills or less.

The last quart of PPG concept DCC I got was Acrylic Urethane . In enamel the PPG dealer sold me some OMNI in a quart in silver white (L82)for bumper painting- the color match was pretty good but that stuff was like water....

Hey- I just sprayed about a gallon of Delstar on a 1970 bus... with hardener and reducer it cost around $220- high quality enamel! I advise three coats for durability and overall gloss holdout, this stuff is thin! I sprayed Niagara Blue, so the price code ought to be the same as your desired color. Stay away from Omni enamels (IMO only) It's way too thin and the gloss is unsatisfactory, unless you're painting taxis...I did!

i've used omni and it worked out great, its a little tough getting used to but when color sanded/buffed it had a great appearance.. I sold the bus so i dont know about its longevity, but i do know its fairly new and its a cheap line of PPG.

Two stage for me is the only way to go, and i use the PPG Deltron and it rocks through and through, you can buy the base/clear and hardner for a gallon of mud for around $300

peace,

I've talked with several pro grade painters that like Omni. The price is great and the performance is decent. It is definitly ready to spray right out of the can, no thinner required. I just did some minor repairs in the front of my Thing and used Omni. A couple of coats and a little PPG blending reducer along the edges and it came out great. I was a little nervous about the color match - it seemed too bright when I put it on but, within a week, it was almost perfect. I've used the good PPG 2k BC/CC before and price will likely sway me to Omni for most future projects - except the '56 Stude, it's worth of the best stuff.
