i was looking at the DDB diagrams and i saw this diagram with shows engine mounts, and it shows which is for IRS ans swing, but i think i have both i have the hanging mount and the crossbar one. anyone have any insight, im just curious, thanks

| What year is your car? If it's pre-69, they may have patch-welded in late model mounts into an early car to make IRS fit properly. The crossbar is safer, anyways. This would have both types of mounts because few people cut off the pre-'68 rear mount. |

| its a 68, yeah the hanger mounts are welded in i checked them. |

| My 65 Notch is like this too. I put the hangers in myself, as I wanted IRS in my car. I also didn't like the set up that VW Trends showed in their magazine, as I tried it first for about 6 months. |
