Is there anyone have any experienced a set of these eagle wheel wide 5 pattern with fuch style fitted on early Notchback before? I wonder it will fit on my 63 Notchback? I shown them for sell on the net. If they can fit on 63 Notchback I will look forward to buy a set. The wheel spec and photo on the website attached as follow:

| Everyone has different taste and budgets if thats what you like and want to use, you should get them as you should only please you. As for how well they fit I cannot answer that but you could do a search of other wheels with same offset to get a general idea as to how well they will fit. |

Everyone has their tastes, and my taste is that those wheels are ugly, I suppose it doesn't help this person figure out if they fit or not. Whether or not his car is lowered does help. Let's break it down, shall we?
Backspacing of 3 7/8" on a 5 ½" wheel means that 1 5/8" of the wheel is to the outside of the brake drum. Stock wheels are 4 ½" wide with 4" backspacing, meaning that these wheels stick out 1 1/8" further than stock.
That offset actually seems low for a stock height car, They may rub in the rear. If your car is lowered they'll tuck in at the tops and as long as you run a normal sized tire you'll be ok. I'm pretty sure these wheels you're interested in are the same offset as empi 5 spokes, and lots of people run them on lowered cars with no problems but rub on the rear fenders at stock height. |

| I had then on a 1966 bug with 125/165 combo in 1990. Ahhh those were the days, I even had the stripes that ran from the doors up around the back window just like everyone else! T3's have more room in the wells so they should fit fine? |
