I have a 67 SB and I'm trying to find the correct or some kind of weather stripping to put in there, does anybody have a close up picture of one so that maybe I can match it to a generic one or ??????

it's just felt, my local vw shop had it in stock, yours probably does too

Yeah, get 2 of the long bug sunroof seals to do your type3, as a bug seal kit is about 6 inches too short. If you're talking about the rear seal, I've heard that a bicycle inner tube works well here. I've tried modifying 2 bug seals, but I haven't gotten them (it) installed yet (over 3 years :roll: ). I hope this helps.

I think somebody put a bug seal in mine, because my seal is definitely too short on both sides by about 3" per side.

It leaks real bad where there is no seal.

I think Econo internation has Type 3 seals for sale.

CIP1 was selling those felt seals awhile back. Might check their webside.
