Okay so i had to replace my push rods because two of them got jacked up. I replaced all of them with chromalloy push rods... but I lost one of the tips. I don't know how but I did, I was wondering if it would be okay to run one of the aluminum push rods in there with the chromalloy until
a) I find the end
b) I can afford to get a new set (for that one freaking piece)
I hate half assing but I don't have the money to do it like I should |

I think you be would ok running the one aluminum push rod. You may not want to rev that engine as high as if all the pr's were chromolly, I'm not sure of the weight difference. If you run zero lash on the chromolly rods be sure to use whatever clearence you use on the aluminum rod, .004-.006 whatever.
