| I'd seen on a american hotrod show, that they sumerge a 56'chevy into an acid container to stripped all too the metal they said its better than a sandblast. does anybody knows any more info about this chemical procedures? does anybody knows of a place where they do that type of work? i need to clean my 23-windows it's surface rust. my email is folkswgn@yahoo.com |

| i can't find the thread right now but run a search about pans or pan coatings in this forum. There was a guy outta AZ i think that has his whole pan dipped and then coated and it turned out awesome. |

It is NO GOOD for busses, as there are too many cavities that are unreachable by paint afterwards. It works great on bugs and vehicles that aren't a unibody.
It would only be good if you could dip the entire bus in primer after the acid dip.. if you can't do this then forget it... all you'll end up doing is removing the factory primer from sealed up area and things will rust back twice as fast... |

| And i dont think the dip does dip for rust think you needed to go get it blasted.. |
