Hello all. I have a friend of mine that is trying to install a chrome firewall into his 1975 Cabrio (vert), but he seems to be having a lot of trouble with the fit of it. He's wondering how to keep it in place. Does he have to screw it in somehow?? Any help on this would be wonderful. Thank you all ahead of time.

Right on, I let him know. He said he was going to give it a shot. Thanks for the info on it.

| Better yet, tell him to forget the chrome. As soon as it gets dirty, it looks worse then the original tar board. And it shows all the dirt on the back of the engine. |

Good Points! I was thinking of doing this to my '72 before I put in an engine, but I don't want to be a slave to the back side f the engine... |
