Okay, the PO put in new seat upholstery, but it appears he rust crammed it on over the old stuff, not even bothering to take care of the handle on the sides of the seats. How is all this supposed to come off so I can do it right?

| "rust crammed"? how did he install it-did he hog-wire it on there, or slip it on? With whatever's holding it on removed, it should slip off (with some force applied) |

Ooops. Should read "just crammed." I found how the new upper section went on, and took one off...to find a perfectly fine seat under. LOL. I still need to do the other side, and see if it needs the new cover or not.
If it does, how does th original cover come off? |
