Bought a cherry gas tank from Gary for what i believe is a great price.

I'm repeating what everyone else said: he is the man! Quick response to everything (only held up by the server crash, but that wasn't his fault :lol: ), great sense of humor (the chat sessions about fuel tanks turned into gas discussions :lol: :P ), just the full nine yards.

Do business with confidence; he won't scam you out of anything!

This is a long time in coming, but Icy is an awesome VW guy. I bought a 67 body off the samba from a guy in Oklahoma last spring and Icy went out picked up the body for me, then delivered it here to our shop in Alabama for not much more than gas money. He is a great guy in my book, and I will do everything I can to help him out at any time.

Gary is a great seller, with nice communication, very fast and allways ready to help and/or find the good idea to help.

I was the tail-end of Gary's North American Parts Run..... dropped off some parts, sat around the table for a bit and then he had to get back on the road...

thanks Gary! whenever someone delivers the parts right to your doorstep, how can you say anything negative?

just received my rear decklid from gary, it was just as he decribed it, and as the pics he sent showed it. packaged good and it arrived in good condition. and it was a real bargain! :D thanks, gary!

I used Gary for shipping some parts to Norway, and the service was outstanding. I didnt know him from before, but trusted him based on the feedback, and he is definately trustable :-)

Bought 4 front torsions for a ball joint beam from Gary and everything was absolutely perfect just as explained in emails. Great packing and shipping. I would definately do business with Gary again. Thanks again for the parts.

What can I say that everyone else hasn't? I bought an inexpensive part from Gary, he sent it immediately and packed it as if it were the Hope diamond (which is a good thing, since it looked like USPS ran the damned box over with a forklift).

just received a lh window regulator for my 74 ghia from norman, ok. its packaged better than anything ive received from mid america or anyone else. icy aka gary is the man...i will definately be a repeat buyer...thanks, gary... :D

I just purchased a window from Icy. The price was right on and the delivery was super fast. Also, the window was in excellent condition. I will certainly do business with Icy again. It was a pleasure doing business with Icy. Plus, He is an excellent souce for information. He seems to be a mountain of information.

My search for the latch was getting quite dicy,
My lad went to work and it wasn't even pricy.

If anyone should question this man's word,
you know their persona and requests are absurd.
Five pages of comments full of words quite nicey,
I felt compelled to deliver something a little more spicy.

Icy is a great seller. I had to replace my door latch, no one else could find my specific part number for my year Ghia but he came through.

So if you're looking for a hard to find rare party, Icy is the man.

Gary is the man. He's patient, quick, delivers exactly what he says he will, and goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with what you've bought. I'd buy from him again anytime.

Not only that but he is a good buyer too... Gary and I have done several deals and we just finished another... took a bit of time on my end to get the part shipped to him but... he paid up and it went well.

I will do biz with Gary anytime...

I've purchase parts from Gary from back in his Karmann Ghia Trading PPosts days and have never been disappointed. Alway just as he states it would be and more often than not even better than expected. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with him.

Hard to say anthing different then what the others have said. Gary did some outstanding work drilling out all the spot welds on some pretty difficult pieces for me. Even when the first piece he started on wasn't what was expected he cut into another car to make sure it was right. Communication was also great, you get no surprises with Gary. Price was excellent, along with the packaging and shipping. Would recommend Gary again and would check with him first before going anywhere else.
Gary if you read these, my hat off to you. Keep up the great work, because of you and many others like you Ghia's around the word can be saved
