Ok what are some lowbugget Forced induction options? can i use a judson SC?

depends what you mean by "low budget" judson is cheap, Cbperformance and other like that are not as cheap but better, i think JC whiteny has a cheap setup.

Yes, but then you are going to go to the junkyard and do a lot of your own fabbing. You will also have to do quite a bit of research to get the turbo set up right. So, yes, you could even do it for free if you are lucky and have lots of time.

Your choice: time or money. It's the usual conundrum.

i'll be doin all the fabbing, my question what turbos best? what carb is best? also where to mount a damn oil cooler?

i've also seen people make a plate where the fuel pump goes, to put an oil feed line to get oil to the turbo?
