Yet another pleasant and smooth transaction. This did take alittle longer than the last one, this one took almost a whole week to get here :) but then again the part I was looking for was hard to come by. Thanks again James!

I bought just a small, inexpensive part from James, only $35. His communication back to me was great, letting me know that the part was still available. He also sent me a separate email when he shipped the part, even though he was ill at the time. Some people have forgotten, (or never knew) about service. It's the thing that says that you conduct yourself and your business in a certain way, regardless of the monetary gain. James showed this quality, and I will continue to scan his ads and email him when I need parts.

James offered to help coach me when I was selling my bus, in case it sold overseas. He obviously has experience and could help me avoid trouble. He didnt owe me a favor or even know me, no money in it for him, he just wanted to help out a fellow veedubber. A class act all the way.

being on the other side of the world can be a bit nerve wracking but found james to be of great help with the sale, although it was only 2 ashtrays he
helped me with paypal step by step & posted to aust took a week very fast.
if only shipping was not such a mine field & you's drive on the wrong side of the road id be buying a bus off him anyday.
good service good help.
