Does anybody know this guy? I bought some new in the box CB spindles from him on May 20th. He said he needed the money for his trip to Bugorama, so I priority mailed him the dough, which was my first clue he had some troubles other than money. After numerous emails where he lost my address twice, and a couple of phone calls including one to his grandma, he refunded me the money on July 11th. Now the jerk is claiming that I fraudulently received money from paypal, not delivering goods or services and is trying to get $160 from my paypal account. Don, you need to stop screwing around, put down the pipe, and go into rehab. Perhaps that will cure your need for other people's money.

do you have copies of all correspondence, etc.? I stash all my e-mails etc. in a folder. Also, sounds like he's trying to hop on the Paypal Lawsuit wagon-

Sorry to hear about your bad deal,I just now got my products a month and a half later broken after many emails and contacting ebays fruad dept. Not the same guy,but the same feel.
People like that suck!!!!!!

Paypal reimbursed me the money when they realized little Donnie was trying to swindle my reimbursement. Remember Don, the vw world is pretty small.

She says perhaps the reason he didn't send the spindles was because he's in jail, which is where many small time criminals end up. We chatted for a little while, and afterwards I figured that was a cheap lesson. No more paypal.
