I got so many calls about my 57 Bug that I'm trying to sell :cry:
Too many asking about the car but not too serious to buy :(
I might had post it in the wrong site :?
I hope this one would give the Old Bug a new home :D

Be glad you're getting calls. When I posted mine for sale I got no calls at all until three months later, although that one led to a sale.

Post TONs of pics of the car. Everytime I have done that, the first person to actually call, bought the car.

Pictures are the key. Post as many as you can and show everything from the trunk to the motor. :wink:

I am just starting to look for a split, oval or Ghia (yes, I am a bit schitzo at this point :) ), and plan to buy something by the Spring. Your ad caught my eye because the car is nearby.

Just my $.02, but besides lots of pics (I definitely agree on this), you have to provide more info in the listing. People were probably all calling to ask questions because based on the ad they had no idea whether the car was what they were after. I know it is a hassle (BTDT myself) but if you take the time to write up a good and informative ad, you will probably save yourself time and grief in the long run.
