i have headers on my bug right now.. it has the j-tube style, i need to put heater boxes on it this winter, i was wondering if any ol' heaterbox will work.

| Depending on what kind of header you have, it is probably possible to run heater boxes with it - my 1600 SP has headers and heater boxes. Not all heater boxes are the same - the opening flaps & brackets line up differently between bugs & busses...there may be other differences as well...I have Beetle heater boxes on my truck, and I have to wire them open every winter, since the cables won't line up. |
