My zwitter did not come with the correct ignition but I do have an early oval one that I think might work.
It has three screw in terminals on the back and it uses the small SG Key.
Will this work for the starter button until I find the correct one? Is it the on/off type? I have a feeling this might be an early 54 ignition with no starter button hook up (starter built into ignition itself, but I'm not sure)
Any help on this would be great.
Thanks,

| My 53 came with an on/off switch which doesn't have an internal return spring as later switches do. The unit was wired to the push button starter switch on the the dash. If I can dig the stuff out I'll check the numbers. |

Post a pic. It sounds like you have the correct zwitter ignition switch. The later oval switch has 4 terminal screws and is a larger body.
How many positions does your switch have? |

My '53 oval is the same. |
