I have a 1600 dp engine with a 2 barrel weber.

When I crank the car when its cold it idles a little high till it warms up. Then when Im cruising to work (50-60 mph) after about 15-20 miles and I come to a stop the car idles down real low and stuggles to stay goin, sometimes I have to feather the gas.

Ive tried adjusting the idle screw but it doesnt help matters, could it be a gas/air thing?

Don't know about your Weber but on my Solex carb there is also an air idle mixture screw that can be adjusted. The procedure on the Solex is to turn the screw so the idle goes to its max and then back it off a quarter turn and leave it there. I don't know if that is applicable to the Weber.
