| okay so i pulled one of those nifty thermostat flaps that were on some decklids, but it's been so long that i forgot exactly where it mounts. does anyone out there have a photo or two so i can CUT[aaahhh] my deck lid to mount one? |

| ya it would seem to want to fit on the flat space below the lic. plate, but there is a curve in the flaps so thats why i wanted see for myself |

| You need to use the later type of deck lid that has the retangle pressing under the license plate light. The round depression behind the license plate is where the screw mount is located. |

| yea i see where there is one hole i can use. above it [ if i remember ] there is a much larger hole where the lic. plate wiring goes thru, so i still have to figure out where the second hole for the thermostat mounts to. i know this all sounds stupid but unless i have another one to look at i don't want to cut willy-nilly. |
