Dude, you're extremely lucky. You must not have bought a rare piece. Romano is known for selling new items as well as rare parts. Rare parts don't get shipped, new stuff like magnetic St Christopher badges get sent. Can you tell us what you purchased? |

i got a very nice 58 bug stearing lock with the key code still inside :-)
i wasn't to thrilled with his packing, it was put in a bubble envelope and sent, when i got it the envelope was taped to the steering lock, i was reminded of this by my wife this morning....forgot about that. but it did get here in great condition.
i have seen allot of his stuff selling but never saw any neg. feedback, as i remeber he went from 0- over 300 feedback in just a couple months. |

If he gets too many negatives, he makes a new id.
There are a few other "big sellers" that do this too |

| I just figured whom he is, a while back I saw somehting on Ebay he was offering, justa s he musta have started a new id, he had the kind of stuff listed that certainly indicated he knew/had parts. I also, like RestoJOhnny, thought he dumped alot quickwell i asked aquestion, that he must not have liked about an item and he blocked me from bidding as a hostile bidder. carziest thing i ever came across. i wanted to buy the item and had the dough, lucky for me, sounds like he did me a favor. well his feedback was new, so i looked at his first 10 feedback, not just what was said, but what was sold CHECK THIS OUT- it was things like washers, i mean 1 washer, and ONE wire connector. It was clear he was building a false positive feedback. I wish i had written down the other names who left him that feedback, if they were not him as other names certianly others in cahoots. I notified EBay. |

| Ebay won't do anything until they start to lose money. I can't wait for the Classic to see if his sorry ass has enough guts to show. There are some really pissed people here in California who wouldn't mind ridding the world of one less gypsy. |

| 53 oval...your exactly right, ebay will do nothing!!!!!, a local person i know was bidding on his own auctions using his mothers id, i notified ebay and gave the home adresses and full names of both parties, i wish i kept ebay's responces, but it was mostly deniel of any wrong doing by both parties and they felt they were not related to each other, even though they lived in the same city with the same last name and he had previously sold the same type products on his mothers bidder account before he got his own....as long as ebay makes there money....they could care less. |

He already ditched out on the OCTO show and Toy & Literature Show last February. Maye we'll all get lucky he doesn't show up in June. Or maybe get really lucky and he will show up!
Last year while walking around the swapmeet @ the Classic, my son asked "Why don't you buy anything from that guy?" (Romano), when I answered "He's not too nice of a guy", Romano just smirked. About an hour later, we walked past his booth again and my son says rather loudy, "That's the guy who is not nice" lol, it was funny because a few people laughed after hearing my son say that comment. |

This place needs to start a feedback forum strictly for Ebayers.
One of the automotive forums that I am a member of has done just that and it seems to work well.
Even when an asswipe changes to a new name it gets reported and painted. |

Why did you believe him in the first place........there must be a hundred posts in here that speak to his dishonesty. The guys a crook, plain and simple. He's a liar and a cheat..........you were lucky you even got the part. If it was a high dollar item.........it would suddenly be "lost" in the mail. This guy is going to get a real "beat down" if he shows his gypsy ass in the States again. |

That is a great suggestion. Why not post your suggestion in the Site Forum? |

Make sure you leave hin negative feedback on eBay. That forces him to address the problem on one level. |
