Don't bother. Anyone who has honed his shenanigans to such a fine level doesn't care about what anyone thinks of his actions. The only things he might understand is when when people stop dealing with him or when somebody puts him in handcuffs.

yep, i think you are correct, but i think there are many many people out there who know on the on hand the "ebay thing" but on the other, never had any problems in personal with im while dealing face to face in a correct polite way, thats the point that confuses me.... but thats my finding, the "ebay thing" is more than wrong in this dimension...

Another point to consider...............This is his business. This is what he does for a living; he cheats people and he employs several people to help him do it. This is who he really is 98% of the time. The VW shows...............2% at most. :wink: He 'makes' more money during one week on eBay than he does in a year of shows. Don't kid yourself thinking he's just like you. Believe me, he's not in it for the same reasons or "hobby" that you are. His passion is not VW's, it making MONEY on VW's. You know him on one level, but that is so superficial, so unlike the real Gypsy he is. Next time you see him, he'll tell you about how stupid we are over here and how he's not going to the US anymore because of the EURO/DOLLAR exchange. But the reality is; he doesn't care about the money exchange. He deals with that every day as you can see. He IS concerned that we're not so "stupid" anymore, and he knows what's waiting for him if he decides to sell at a show over here. :twisted:

He's obviously using his Messerclown's shill bid as a FREE reserve price. If there's someone who's fluent in German, report this to eBay.de. Since he's avoiding their fees, they will be more than happy to shut him down.

This emblem (Schriftzug) is made in Canada. Notice how he's got Brezel (split) and Perohaus in his title. It was first used on oval window beetles, never on splits. It also has nothing to do with Perohaus.
Again, if there's someone fluent in German, they can get auctions like that shut down for keyword spamming.

:D Sticks and Stones. Libel and Slander laws do not apply to criminal activity. They were created to protect "innocent" people. They would never protect you. Your "business" is well documented..................I don't have to prove a thing. You should really be concerned with tax laws........that's what is going to take your business apart. With regard to the San Marino badge.............I was happy to get it. Money was not the issue. I already owned a real one. I use it all the time to point out the way you fake badges. Your fake is almost as infamous as you are and has probably cost you more money than you will ever know. The gas can started all your problems............It was very little money if I remember, and you refused to send it.
