does anyone have pictures of a 6 volt heater in their, or anyones 55-earlier beetle? I have all my exhaust tubes and all but someone took out the heater, i was just wondering to see how it was hooked up, or at least see how they postitioned it. It looks as though it went sideways instead of straight on, i dunno though. Pics would help, thanks

sorry, i meant to say 6 volt Gas eberspacher gas heater.....I knew old dubs never came with factory heat except for the heater boxes. I have exhuast hoses and things like that in my trunk area near my gas tank, cause someone removed it, all i need is a picture on how the old 6 volt gas heaters fit in there, cause on later models the gas tank isn't in the way and i know how they fit in there, but on a 55 and earlier i'm not quite sure of. Thanks

| I;ve got a vw of america heater for my 57'. It's not mounted now, but I can see how it was and I'll set it up and take a pic tomorrow for you...I don;t know if vw of a heaters are the same though. |
