Hi guys,
I have a NOS 36 hp case that doesn't have the # stamped in it yet and was wondering when the case was produced. Also is there an early case vs. a late case? are there production changes to the case over the lifespan of it? Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated,

| yes there are early and late cases. the oil pump galleries on the out side casting is the most noticeable from the outside, do you have any pics? |

| I believe 25 horse and early 36 horse cases did not have the tap for the oil filler fixture in the case since the oil fillers clipped on. The later cases have a tap for the oil filler fixture. Otherwise what Spookymoulder says is right on..hi spooky... |
