How do I tell If my cylinders are stock, or if they have been changed? Also where is the best place to get new cylinders and pistons?

The size is usually stamped on the top of the piston.

number stamp may not always be visible and most human eyes are not calibrated to measure pistons. Id reccommend getting a micrometer (sp?) and measure the distance across the piston at its greatest.
