Hey all,
I'm in the process of purchasing a pretty nice 55 (what I would consider nice anyway) this weekend. Trouble is I'm not from the area and I'm looking for some like minded individuals in the area (such as technicians, enthusiasts, clubs... and the like.. I'm in Monterey, CA .. so any help would be appreciated. Here's a link to the car I'm purchasing.

Thanks for pointing out that club to me.. Never been to Kelly Park, but I hear that's where it's at!.. I'll have to put some carpet in this 55 and drive it to the show.. Being from the East Coast will make you jealous of all the big shows out here...

Alan... your post makes me feel better about spending all this money, I keep coming back on the site to look at the ad and justify myself.. Now I got something to back me up at least.

Is everyone planning on attendin Kelly Park Show this year.
Anyone know if Ray Robinson or Robbert Reese are going to be there?

Alan Willis Wed Jan 12, 2005 3:24 pm

hell yea! the only thing missing is the carpet or rubber mat,as he couldn't decide what to put in, and finally said f it,and left it that way!I'd drop in a bigger motor, but that's just me

For the past couple of years, the Kelly Park show has been on a rainy day. But that doesn't stop many people. Ray Robinson had his Split there back in '02

Hey thanks, I will definitely have to call them up.. I'm right here on the Peninsula Waterfront. I just need to get the car from Kellen.. I'm sitting here with a cashiers check but he didn't return my calls today. It's all good though, Can't wait to meet some of you guys, and put in some good long cruises to nowhere in particular!

Later,
Collen
