Hi there,
does mexico beetle (1984) have holes for rear pop-out windows? They should be located under the seal on a B pillar...trying to find out before i decide to remove the window...

If not, just drill 'em out. The holes simply enable the screws to pass through, and they thread into a small strip of metal on the other side. If you have a set of pop outs, make sure you have the small strip, if not, you'll have to fabricate one and thread it to match whichever screws you use. As long as the windows are the same size, you're set! Good luck!
