Subject: VW's in East Timor
Hi All, I am new to East timor but have been nosing around or any VW news I can find. There is a nice late 60's Kombi and a mid 60's beetle, both belonging to a prominent national hero, and a couple of late 90's New Beetles and a Toureg. That's all I have spied so far. The new import rules restrict imports to younger than 5 years, so the aircooled club will remain quite small I imagine. My 54 cabrio will have to remain in Australia for now!
