vw57drvr - They are definitely not plasi dip. I could take a pressure washer to them and I wouldn't harm them.

they used to be semi common over here.

as an aside, I've seen the turbo, classic, voyager, triden, armorlite and hotwire (or copies of them) in 4 by 130 pattern over here. all 14" though.

Do any of you know the back spacing on the Flat 4 4.5" fuch?

CB Performance website says... Flat 4 - 911 Style Wheel 15 x 4.5 (5 x 130mm) 4 9/16'' Back Spacing

Makes no sense. You can't have more backspacing than the wheel is wide.

you need to measure the centerbore of the wheel to start with. not all centers are the same. once you know the centerbore it'll be easier to find possible options....ken....

so you have 14mm lugs on a vw that riviera wheels fit on, so you should have 14mm of length of the bolt screwed into the drum

And using that guideline with a 1.5 pitch you don't have enough engagement. 6.5 turns (threads) *1.5 = 9.75mm engagement, you are 4 mm shy.

You can check to see if the threads protrude the back of the drum/rotor. If they do then you are fine as those extra threads really aren't doing much but collecting brake dust.
