Is the pulley fan suposed to be a tight fit into the large fan or should it slip into the large fan easily without interference? I ask because I have been fighting a vibration problem and have replaced the center fan with a rebuilt from ISP which helped alot but still have a slight vibration problem. I think the remainder of the vibration might be that the fan pulley is not aligned properly due to an inner to outer pulley fan misalignment. The pulley fan is a tight fit into the inner fan and when the motor is idling you can see the outer pulley fan woble. Are these aluminum pulleys prone to warpage? Anybody experience this problem?

They should be a light snug fit, by hand. I have an extra, but you should be able to find one local.

Thanks Russ, if I can't find one local I'll keep you in mind.
