My new square, questions

Hey everyone I just bought a 72 Squareback and love it to death. I've been looking over it and so far I've found two things that need taking care of. First it seems that the person I bought it from just used a role of generic weather stripping for the front hatch hood and doors. Where can I get the appropriate weather stripping for these. Next I hate not having a stereo, I have noticed through pics that everyone seems to have a simular mount that goes below the ash tray. Where can I get one of these. One last thing is that my odometor doesn't work so I'm thinking that I need a whole new spedometor and cable assembly. Thanks for all your time

As long as your speedo itself works, you won't need a new cable.

I just went through this myself, I took mine apart to see if I could fix it, and I sort of fixed it and broke it permanently at the same time The guy that runs the vwtype3.org website rebuilds them for $50 I think, or place a wanted ad in the classifieds and you'll probably get 10 people trying to sell you one.
