What are you guys using to connect the fan to the heater boxes. If you dont have a stock exhaust but want to have heat what can I use. The bug paper and foil hose is to narrow. I need something with like a 55mm ID to fit between the fan and the boxes and it has to be flexible.

The last I bought came from a NAPA parts store. It is used on domestics as preheat hose. I think it was about an 18" length in a box. I don't have the box anymore to give you the number.

CIP sells what you're looking for. This seems to be a common problem for those of us using something other than the stock muffler. Rolling Eyes On my Roadster 2 project, I used the smaller bug foil hose, along with 4 of the metal spacer rings used to attach them on a bug preheater. This way I can use the foil stuff found in most every auto parts store. Cool

Guys, thanks for the tips, I found some of the stuff in 55mm width at ISP West. Anthony is sending it along with the bellows clamps I needed. He carries the stuff that fits without having to use the metal spacer rings.
