Ok, not a bug, a Fast Back! So cool; can't wait to see it in person. I sold my bus a little while back but now I can live vicariously through him!

I've yanked the webers 34 ITC's off it and am goin to make a try at rebuilding them. I've never done this so, im in trouble i guess. Oh well, the fun begins. Thanks again for the welcome. Well, the ball is rolling here. I ajusted the vavles, rebuilt the carbs, removed the gas tank and took it in for an acid bath and new paint job, bought a new coil, new single quiet to replace stinger, a new steering dampener and some round rubber thingy that goes in the steering. The coils in as well as new seat belts to replace the inoperable ones that were in it, replaced a missing engine mount stud and had a beer. Whew! Tommorrow im putting the tank back in and cutting the new muffler so it fits my header. Then it's sincing the carbs and putting in the steering donut thingy and the dampner. Oh, i got some filter for in the tank so, that will have to go in too. Then, more beer. Thanks to all the samba peeps for there in put and diagrams and good wishes. Was very helpful, so, thanks again. Smile
