I looked like a vagrant, I walked from the hotel to the show, I didnt see any other person who walked to the show LOL

I was hoping to see these
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VW-Thing-72-78-Side...3148QQrdZ1

the velcro windows, but nobody had them!

The prices were all pretty much the online prices. for GMW and Thing Shop

It was my first VW show ever and overall it just OK,

However I'd deffinitely go again if it was closer by.

I got to view all the nice Things though, so that was nice , now its time to give my car a wash with refreshed love for the VW Thing!

Chris

I have noticed that the internet has leveled out prices worldwide. For a while prices were regional, then with the internet you could find deals in places.
Now with everyone on the net - prices have raised in areas and dropped in others. Why even have a yard sale when you can go to ebay and sell one item for more than a whole days work in the yard.

I added about 30 pictures from the VW Classic to my site.
If you want to see them, go to :
"Photographs and vidéos", then "Album Photographs", and finally "Meeting VW Thing/181/Safari"
