I know the torque pattern, and that theres two torque sequnces. I have heared of people using higher than recomended torque for whatever reason "higher compresion". What do you recomend?

I recommend that you use the specified head torque of 23 with maybe a little towards 25 if your head nuts are used. This factory spec was arrived at by determining expansion rates of aluminum versus cast iron and steel studs. At operating temperature, the actual clamping force of those head studs is equivalent to a torque figure of around 65 to 80 ft/lbs.
Any more than that and you'll be tearing studs out of the magnesium case or warping the cylinder heads.

If you have 8mm skinny studs the torque is 18 ft lbs... I have gone 20 on them on a warmed over motor. Probbaly ought to check out the "more toruqe" thing with some of the racer types on www.shoptalkforums.com
