Get a CD from Kubalmann, as I believe (if memory serves me right these days), it contains a cross reference of compatable parts from other VW's to the Thing. I do not have my copy of the CD handy to check right now.
Am I right Kubalmann??? |

You are correct. The VW crossover pdf file is contained on the RoMTOC Thing Data CD. I just finished upgrading the Thing wiring diagrams on the CD along with still better organization of my several hundred megs of my personal images of original Thing parts. I also now have a huge file of nearly ALL VW wiring diagrams up to Vanagon... If anyone want this stuff included on their RoMTOC CD I can include this as well as lotsl of the T-3 tech manuals and lots more. So if anyone is into "other" VWs aside from The Thing, I can include other stuff that suits your need. Currently all RoMTOC CDs have a pdf of the 63 bug owners manual just as a cool walk down vintage VW lane... You also get pdf files of nearly every car magazine article ever written about our beloved VW Thing.... |
