i will have to measure the reamer but it is approx 20mm

I'm not sure what you mean by "double reamer"?
Look for markings on the size, they will be printed in inches.

He probably means a reamer that reams the upper and lower sections in-line at the same time.

Can't say I've seen one of those before. The service reamer for this repair has a guide which fits into one bushing while the reamer cuts the other.

We have used them in aerospace where it is important to have the two bushings in-line. Of course a proper jig is used to assure that the first hole is not way off.

Bridge reamer is the proper term.

I use them for king pins Bug and Bus.

New not Hazet, so don't bother asking if they are for sale.

No a bridge reamer is a tapered reamer used for correcting missaligned bolt holes in steel structures. It just so happens that the taper of these matches something else on a bus spindle.

The correct term is a reamer + pilot. The pilot screws onto the end of the adjustable reamer

You are correct.
I was thinking adjustable like this, but called it a bridge

I wouldn't use a bridge reamer for anything on a Bus, maybe the reverse taper on a spindle, but even that is pushing it..
